Through conscious connected breathing, you’ll enter a state where the mind becomes quieter and the body more present. In this space, the stories you usually identify with can begin to loosen — not through force, but through awareness and breath.
You’ll be guided to notice the patterns you carry, while allowing your system to experience something beyond them. Sensations, emotions, and inner movement are welcome — all of it part of reconnecting with what is already there beneath the narrative.
