We’ll begin with a guided free movement and gentle shaking to connect with our bodies and wake up our energy, set an intention, and then melt into a deeply relaxing sound bath with crystal bowls, koshi chimes, and gong.
No experience needed — just come as you are and allow yourself to move, rest, and receive.
