Honouring The Seasons - Autumn Equinox Despacho Ceremony
A Despacho Ceremony is a beautiful Andean tradition of gratitude, intention, and sacred reciprocity with Pachamama (Mother Earth). Together, we create a prayer bundle using natural offerings such as flowers, seeds, herbs, grains, and petals, each placed with love, gratitude, and intention.
This gentle yet deeply meaningful ceremony invites us to honour the cycles of nature, release what no longer serves us, and give thanks for all that we have received. It is a powerful practice of reflection, healing, and connection, reminding us that when we live in harmony with the Earth, we also find greater harmony within ourselves.
I invite you to bring your own gifts and the stories behind them, maybe something from the lands you are from. Seeds, fruits, plants, shells, stories, photos, stones, foods, just something small for the gift.
Suitable for individuals, couples, families, and groups, each ceremony is lovingly guided and created with intention, creating a heartfelt space for healing, celebration, and new beginnings. Opening with a gentle meditation and cleansing ceremony.
The ceremony takes around 2 hours and you will have the option to receive Ceremonial Tobacco

A new kind of daytime gathering blending movement, music, wellness and meaningful connection.
We begin with ceremonial cacao, guided breath and voice activation before flowing into an uplifting social movement journey inside the studio.
Throughout the experience, you’re free to move between movement, music, the infrared sauna, rooftop ice bath and lounge spaces creating your own rhythm between activation, release and restoration.
Expect warm music, conscious community, embodied expression and space to simply be yourself.

Saraswati Kirtan – Mantra, Music & Community
Kirtan simply means “song” – a practice of coming together and singing mantras. Join us for an evening of experiencing the power of mantras, potent sounds and words that bring us out of our heads and into the present moment. Kirtan is about sharing our voices, expressing ourselves and connecting with our own inner divinity.
Together with Anna, Johnny & JB, we sing both traditional mantras and modern heart songs – sometimes soft and meditative, sometimes joyful and full of energy, inviting you to move and dance. All inspired by the tradition of Bhakti Yoga.
You don’t need to know the mantras, have a “good” voice or any experience with Kirtan. You can sing along, close your eyes and listen, or simply be there & receive.
Come as you are. We’d love to sing with you!
